Work
Everything I’ve built for The Juilliard Store.
Case studies
ReStocky purchasing and receiving
The store’s purchasing and receiving system. Built to replace a sunsetting vendor product; when the vendor pushed its deadline back seven months, days before it hit, the team stayed on my software anyway.
Special Orders request to pickup
Customer special orders across the store’s admin, its registers, and its email. It began as a one-screen order sheet printer; staff kept asking for the next thing, and it grew into the system of record for about 475 orders a year.
Tools in production
Item Clearancer
Scan a SKU or barcode and it creates a clearance listing as a draft duplicate, with SKUs and barcodes prefixed so clearance stock never collides with regular stock. It replaced a manual process of 5 to 10 steps with one lookup and a confirm, the kind of tool that gets used daily without anyone thinking about it.
Annual Inventory Lookup Tool
A find-it aid built from the annual inventory count. It keeps each item’s count-day scan zone beside live Shopify numbers, so staff can judge where it actually is. It started as a spreadsheet staff searched with Ctrl+F, gained a search bar the next year, and became an app this year. It deliberately skips reconciliation, which proved more confusing than useful for the task.
Smaller tools
Image uploader
A one-off that took a folder of images named by SKU and put each on its matching Shopify product. The first thing I built, and where the rest started.
Invoice and packing list extraction
Custom Claude skills that turn vendor invoices and packing lists, across 8+ publisher formats, into clean CSVs for receiving and accounting.
Procurement tracker
Power Automate flows that gather procurement emails into one central tracker.
